Tell us your vision
Send your event date, treat selections, quantities, colors, and inspiration photos.
02 / REVIEW & APPROVE
Finalize the details
We'll review availability, discuss your design, and confirm the agreed details and quote.
03 / RESERVE YOUR DATE
Pay your deposit
Your order is confirmed once the design and pricing are approved and the 50% deposit is received. The remaining 50% balance is due seven calendar days before your scheduled pickup. Final design details are confirmed by that deadline.

Custom order policies
We understand that plans can change. Our policies are designed to offer flexibility while giving us time to prepare your handmade treats.
Order confirmation & payment
Custom orders are subject to availability and are not confirmed until the design and pricing are approved and a 50% deposit is received. The remaining 50% is due seven (7) calendar days before pickup. Final design details and requested changes must also be approved by that deadline. Pickup details are arranged directly with each customer at a public location in the St. Tammany area.
Cancellations & refunds
- 14 or more calendar days before pickup: Full refund of payments received, including the deposit.
- 8–13 calendar days before pickup: Refund of payments received, less reasonable, documented, nonrecoverable expenses or completed custom work attributable to the order.
- 7 or fewer calendar days before pickup: Payments are generally nonrefundable due to production scheduling and the customized nature of our treats.
Refund exceptions may be considered at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
Rescheduling
We are happy to consider rescheduling requests. Changes depend on availability, production status, and any additional costs associated with the change.
If we need to cancel
If Sweets & Treats by MK is unable to fulfill a confirmed order, we will refund all payments received.
Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change: sweetsandtreatsbymk@gmail.com. Any order-specific terms or exceptions will be confirmed in writing before payment.
